Returns and Exchanges

Chronure deals in used watches, jewelry, and branded items.

Due to the nature of these products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations based on customer preference.

Please carefully review the product description, images, and specifications before making a purchase.

Initial Defects and Product Issues

If you discover a significant defect not mentioned in the product description or receive the wrong item upon delivery, please contact us at shop@ensin.jp within two days of the delivery date.

After reviewing the details, if we determine the issue is our responsibility, we will consider appropriate measures such as repair, return, or refund.

Please note that we may not be able to accept returns if the item is sent back without prior notification.

Repair Warranty

Chronure provides a six-month repair warranty on eligible watches, starting from the date of purchase.

We will provide free repairs or an alternative solution for mechanical malfunctions that occur naturally during normal use within the warranty period.

However, the warranty does not cover the following:

・Inspections and overhauls (disassembly and cleaning)
・Deterioration or replacement of consumables (batteries, leather straps, etc.)
・Malfunctions or damage caused by misuse, carelessness (e.g., dropping or water submersion), etc.
・Malfunctions or damage caused by fire, flood, or other disasters
・Maintenance or modifications performed by parties other than our shop
・Changes in appearance due to use (scratches on the case, crystal, metal band, etc.)
・Conditions regarding accuracy or water resistance that fall within acceptable limits for vintage watches
・Use of overseas forwarding services or purchasing agency services

We will determine the specific warranty response based on the product's condition; as a general rule, we provide repairs rather than refunds.

About Used Items

Our products are pre-owned or used items.

As these items were manufactured some time ago, they may exhibit minor scratches, scuffs, or signs of aging on the dial or hands.

Please understand and accept these characteristics of vintage products before purchasing.

While we strive to ensure the photos accurately reflect the actual product, colors and appearance may vary depending on your viewing environment.

Refunds

If a return is accepted, the refund process will begin after we receive the item and verify its condition.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
