Shipping policy
Shipping Information
At Chronure, orders are typically shipped within 1–3 business days of order confirmation.
*Please note that shipping operations may be suspended during company holidays, the year-end/New Year period, and summer holidays.
Shipping Methods
We ship using carriers designated by our store based on the order details and destination—such as Yamato Transport or Sagawa Express for domestic shipments within Japan, and EMS, DHL, or FedEx for international shipments.
We cannot accept requests to specify a particular shipping carrier.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are automatically calculated based on the destination region and the size/weight of the items.
Import duties, Value Added Tax (VAT), customs clearance fees, and other local taxes associated with international shipping may be the responsibility of the customer. These costs are not included in the product price or shipping fee.
Delivery Time
Domestic (Japan): Approximately 1–3 days after shipment
International: Approximately 3–14 business days after shipment

Extended Absence / Refusal of Delivery
If an item is returned to us due to extended absence, refusal of delivery, an incorrect address, or similar reasons, the customer will be responsible for any shipping costs and associated fees incurred for the return and re-shipment.
About Orders
Our products are sold simultaneously at our physical store and through multiple sales channels.
Due to the nature of used items, many products are one-of-a-kind. Consequently, depending on the timing of your order, we may be unable to fulfill it due to stock unavailability. In such cases, we sincerely apologize, but we may have to cancel your order.
Important Notes
We may be unable to accept orders depending on the destination country or region.
Additionally, we may cancel orders if delivery is not possible due to import regulations or customs procedures in the destination country.
