6-Month Repair Warranty
Chronure provides a 6-month repair warranty from the date of purchase for eligible wristwatches.
If an internal mechanical defect arises naturally during normal use within the warranty period, we will provide a repair free of charge or take other appropriate action. Exterior components, including the crystal, crown, and bracelet, are subject to additional charges.
The following are excluded from warranty coverage:
- Inspections and overhauls (complete disassembly and cleaning)
- Deterioration or replacement of consumable parts, such as batteries and leather straps
- Malfunctions or damage caused by improper use or negligence, including drops and water damage
- Malfunctions or damage caused by fire, flooding, or other disasters
- Repairs, maintenance, modifications, or other work performed by parties other than Chronure
- Changes in external appearance resulting from use, including scratches on cases, crystals, and metal bracelets
- Accuracy or water-resistance conditions considered acceptable for a vintage watch
- Purchases made through international forwarding or proxy purchasing services
Specific warranty arrangements will be determined after examining the condition of the item. As a general rule, warranty claims will be handled through repair rather than a refund.
Condition Grading
Chronure uses the following condition grades to describe its items.

| B | Visible signs of use, including noticeable scratches |
| BC | Heavy signs of use, with numerous noticeable scratches or stains |

| J | Functional issues; sold as-is |
Condition grades are based on our assessment. Where refinishing has been performed, the resulting condition is reflected in the grade. Please also review the individual product photographs and description.
Chronure Original Pouch
Eligible wristwatches and watch accessories include a Chronure-branded original pouch.
One pouch will be included in either beige or gray. The pouch includes a leather strap and an inner pad to help secure and protect your watch.
Please note: Pouch color cannot be selected.

Shipping & Delivery
Shipping within Japan is free of charge. Domestic orders are shipped via Yamato Transport.
Orders are normally dispatched within two days after payment confirmation. Items are checked and carefully packed before dispatch.
Dispatch may take longer depending on the order and the item's storage location.
International Shipping
International shipping is available. Eligible destinations and shipping costs vary depending on the item and delivery address.
Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, and customs clearance fees are generally the buyer's responsibility.
